I've been the proud owner of this 1977 Les Paul for over 20 years. It's been my primary guitar for the last five or six years because - even though it is from the oft derided "Norlin" period - it simply plays and sounds better than any other guitar I own. The original DiMarzio bridge pickup has been replaced with a Gibson Burstbucker and the tuners have been upgraded to tulip-button Schallers.
